The Legend
of Solis

The Home of the Sun Goddess. Inspired by the Legend of Solis, created for life's most beautiful moments.

The name SOLIS is derived from the Latin word Sol, meaning Sun — the eternal symbol of life, warmth, abundance, and renewal.

Inspired by this timeless symbolism, the legend of Solis was born.

Ancient stories speak of Solis, the Goddess of the Sun.

Born from the Heart of the Sun itself, Solis embodied everything its light represented: beauty, vitality, prosperity, joy, and the power to bring people together. From her celestial realm, she watched over the world, blessing the earth with warmth and witnessing the countless moments that give life its meaning.

Among all she observed, there was one thing she cherished above all else: human connection.

She admired families gathered around a table, friends sharing stories long into the night, lovers celebrating life's milestones, and communities coming together in joy. To Solis, these moments were the true treasures of the world.

Yet as centuries passed, she watched humanity become consumed by the pursuit of more. Life grew faster. Days became shorter. Meaningful moments became rare. People spent so much time chasing the future that they often forgot to enjoy the present.

Determined to preserve what made life truly beautiful, Solis descended from the heavens in search of a sanctuary worthy of her protection — a place where nature, celebration, hospitality, and human connection could flourish together.

Her journey led her across mountains, forests, seas, and valleys until she arrived in the mountains of Lebanon.

There, suspended between earth and sky, she discovered a place unlike any she had ever seen.

A place blessed with breathtaking views, endless horizons, and sunlight that danced across the landscape from dawn until dusk. A place where nature felt untouched, where people gathered freely, and where every moment seemed destined to become a memory.

Captivated by its beauty and spirit, Solis chose this sanctuary as her earthly home.

Here, she vowed to remain.

Not as a ruler.

Not as a distant deity.

But as a guardian.

A protector of life's most beautiful moments.

A gracious hostess watching over all who entered her sanctuary.

Over time, this sacred place became known as SOLIS, named in honor of the Sun Goddess who made it her home and became its eternal guardian. Today, SOLIS stands as a tribute to her legacy — a destination where nature, gastronomy, music, celebration, and hospitality come together beneath her light.

Every meal shared.

Every glass raised.

Every wedding celebrated.

Every friendship formed.

Every memory created.

Becomes part of the story she began long ago. For those who believe in the legend, Solis still resides here — in the warmth of every welcome, in the beauty of the mountains, in the laughter among friends, in the music carried by the evening breeze, and in the unforgettable moments that bring people together.
