Privacy Policy

Solis Lounge (Solis LB) operates this website at solislb.com and the venue at Kfarqatra, Chouf, Mount Lebanon, Lebanon. For anything in this policy, write to hello@solislb.com.

We do not ask you to create an account and we do not track you across other websites. Information reaches us in exactly two ways:

• A reservation. Your name, phone number, the date and time you want, the size of your party, and anything you write in the occasion or notes fields.
• The mailing list. Your email address and/or phone number, and your name if you give one.

The notes field is free text. Please do not put anything in it you would not want a member of the floor staff to read, because that is precisely who reads it.

Reservation details are used to hold your table, to seat you, and to contact you if something about the booking changes. Mailing list details are used to tell you about openings, seasons and events, and nothing else. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Both forms write to the venue's own Odoo business system, which is hosted for us by a managed provider and reachable only by venue staff with an account. The website itself is hosted by Vercel, whose servers keep short-lived request logs in the ordinary course of serving pages. We do not run advertising pixels or analytics trackers on this site.

Reservation records are kept for as long as they are useful to the venue's bookings history, and are removed on request. Mailing list entries are kept until you ask to come off the list, which you may do at any time by replying to any message we send or by writing to hello@solislb.com.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@solislb.com from the address you gave us, or from any address if you tell us the phone number the booking was made under, and we will action it.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The one thing it stores in your browser is a single preference — whether you muted or unmuted the film on the home page — which lives in local storage on your own device, is never sent to us, and disappears when you clear your browser data.

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16 through it.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes to how we use reservation data will be announced on this page before they take effect.
